Customer Acquisition & Retention Offers

Sparkle N' Splash Designs Art Studio

Sparkle n' Splash Designs Art Studio promoted two offers:

The first was an acquisition offer. A $100 Target gift card would be included with the purchase of a customer’s first piece. The secoand was a retention offer. A $100 Apple gift card for select returning purchases. These customer acquisition and retention campaigns were designed to be distributed both by email and as printed quarter-sheet handouts.

Logo & Icon Designs

Sparkle n' Splash was presented as a concept for an art gallery and physical show space featuring the work of skilled traditional artists. When developing the logo, I focused on the use of “ n’ ” in place of “and.” This offered a unique design opportunity: to create a custom lettermark that could stand alone or be integrated into the wordmark. The "n" was designed to be the primary brand symbol, subtly accented by flame and water icons to visually reflect the gallery’s name. The flame icon cleverly serves as the apostrophe above the lowercase " n ." I felt this detail was particularly clever.

Business Proposal

The business proposal for Sparkle n' Splash Designs Art Studio was delivered to me as five pages of written copy. It was intended for both in-gallery display and external distribution. On-site copies would be professionally bound in hardcover for customers to browse, while loose-leaf versions would be sent to potential investors, bulk buyers, and professional clients. Loose leaf was selected for ease of reproduction; sent to office buildings, apartment complexes, and interior decorators.
